I am a retired software developer. I have had many different titles and played many different roles, but it has always been related to developing software for others. Now that I am retired, I am planning on pursuing a second career in writing fiction. This blog is about the process of retiring and becoming a writer.
Somehow I was recalling your name the other day and remember you from my freshman year at Purdue. I think that you were a junior when I began my freshman year in late August or early September 1965. I think you were already moved in to the 8th floor, north side, of McCutcheon Hall, when freshman orientation began in 1965. I often quote Benjamin Franklin to family members and close friends: n”If you would not be forgotten when you are dead and rottenm, then write things worth reading or do things worth the writing”. Looking forward to your fiction. Cheers, Royse Cramton, Oak Park, Illinois
